Starting with version 1.3.0, you can use custom sound schemes in Kasia. For full details, consult the help file, but on this page you can find some pre-rolled sounds schemes for download.
To use a scheme, just unzip it into the "sounds" directory where Kasia is installed, and then enable Custom Sounds in the Options menu.
